Do you charge for flooring samples?

No, we believe that our customers should have the opportunity to look at their samples in their own homes before making an important decision about their flooring. We allow customers to take samples home at no charge unlike a number of our competitors.

Do you supply remnants?

Yes, we always have a large selection of end of season ranges, as well as other remnants available in all sizes, colours and styles. Please Contact Us for more details.

If I obtain a quote am I obliged to go ahead?

We believe that a customer has the final decision and hope that our pricing and service will ensure that the customer provides us with hiis/her business. We provide written no obligation quotes and find that customers come back to us time and time again.

How long will it take for my carpet to come in?

Whilst it can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, we can normally order your carpet and get it in stock within a couple of days.

It is safe to put laminate flooring in wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchens?

We pride ourselves in our ability to advise the client as to the best flooring for them, not for us. We will always advise you in the most appropriate flooring type for each room. Laminate flooring is suitable for wet areas but  there are also a number of other flooring types which are suitable.

Are all of your fitters fully qualified?

We know how important it is to have your flooring installed correctly and this is why all of our fitters are fully qualified with extensive experience of installing all types of flooring. We pride ourselves on the quality of our fitting and are a member of the Guild of Master Craftmans.

Do I always need to buy new underlay when buying a new carpet?

A new underlay does unquestionably provide a more luxurious feel to the carpet and ensures that it prolongs its life, but there may be occasions when it is not necessary. Your no obligation discussion and estimate will cover all of your queries.
